Sacraments

Infant Baptisms: All baptisms take place on the 2nd & 4th weekends of the month in Holy Savior Church at either the Saturday 5:15 pm or Sunday 10:00 am Masses. Baptism prep class in required prior for all first-time parents. Prep class is held on the First Sunday of the month at 11:00 am with Deacon Ed Gardner in the parish center. Weddings: Couples planning to marry at St. Mary Star of the Sea/Holy Savior churches must be registered members and parishioners. Wedding times on Saturday only, 12 pm and 2 pm. All wedding dates and times must go through the church office and be approved before final. Please call at least one year in advance. This is a diocesan policy. All wedding music must be selected through the Music Director. No secular music or pre-taped music is allowed.

Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation: Reconciliation is offered every Saturday at Holy Savior from 4:15-5:00 pm. A student must be attending religious instruction for at least one year before entering into these programs (ie. parochial school or religious education).

Ministry to the Sick: The Eucharist can be brought to you at home if you contact the office (email the office or call 410-289-0652)

New Parishioners: Welcome to St. Mary Star of the Sea/Holy Savior Parish. Please register by calling the office at 410-289-0652 or picking up a registration form found in the sacristy of both churches. We always appreciate changes to your mailing address.
