FATHER CONNELL PARISH CENTER

Rev. Stephen Connell was appointed Pastor, after serving as an Associate Pastor under Msgr. Stout. During his tenure, he initiated and completed a project to restore “St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church for its 100^th Centennial Celebration (1877-1977). Always looking forward Fr. Connell started outreach in the community as well as a religious education program in the parish.

It is because of the wonderful gifts Father Connell shared with this parish family, we honored him by naming the Parish Center after him. The center includes classrooms as well as meeting rooms on our first floor as well as our parish offices and reception hall on the second floor.

We are blessed to be able to have many parish functions in the Reception Hall which has a wonderful view of the bay from our windows. In addition to parish functions, we also make it available to our parishioners and friends for birthday and anniversary parties as well as weddings and showers.
